Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.  During heavy ordering periods, such as after a major event (article in QST, virtual expo, etc), our shipping time may slip to 7 to 10 days.  There are times when a component supplier is unable to provide the components we require on a timely basis. In these cases, we will place a shipping time estimate close to the BUY NOW button, to inform you of additional delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the USA and Canada.  The current rate for transceivers is $9.90, and for the GO Bags, $19.90.  These shipping rates partially  but not completely cover the actual rates, and we pick up the difference.  Shipping to outside the 48 states, such as Alaska, Hawaii, or other US covered territories will always be by USPS.  Within the main 48 states, shipping will be by UPS or USPS, depending on location.  For international orders, you choose the shipping option.  Be careful to not select a shipping option that is not available in your country (such as due to COVID lockdowns, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  Make sure the email address you provide is accurate, or you will not receive the notification.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Note that we can start an investigation for a lost shipment in 10 days for domestic shipments, but not for 40 days for an international shipment.  But we need to be made aware of late shipments as soon as you think your shipment may lost.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you provide only a PO Box, we will ship by USPS.  We prefer street address shipping.  If you have a street address and a PO Box, PLEASE give us both PO Box and street address so we can choose the best shipping for your location.
